Kara first discovered Pilates many years ago and totally fell in love with how it enhanced posture, improved flexibility and increased her strength. Having previously trained in classical ballet and having to stop due to injury, pilates enabled her to re-build confidence whilst keeping fit. She decided to take the plunge and make her hobby into a career, completing her Stott Pilates training.
Outside of work, she likes to look after her own body with regular Pilates classes mixed with weight training. Kara’s favourite form of self care is going for walks, brunch and a matcha with friends.
